SCOPE OF WORKS:-

• Rigging studies with Autocad drawings.
• Supply of:
  • One (1) unit 600 tonnes Ringer Crane (Manitowoc 4600 S4 Ringer S3)
  • One (1) unit 500 tonnes Truck Crane (Demag AC1600)
• Supply of manpower, rigging supervisor and riggers to assist and supervise of the lifting operations.
• Supply of necessary lifting appliances

DESCRIPTION

Lifting of Cold Box and Vessel for Air Product Sdn Bhd for Ann Joo Steel Mill, Prai was executed on early 2008. We provide our professional lifting studies to perform the heavy lift (Cold Box 5m x 4.12m x 60m - 207mt) using our Manitowoc 4600 S4 Ringer S3 crane as main crane and Demag AC1600 All Terrain Crane (500 tonnes) as tailing crane. Our job include supply of the underhook appliances such as spreader bar with PE calculations and endorsement, slings, shackles and rigging supervisor to supervise the lifting works.
