PETRONAS FERTILIZER PLANT AT PFK, GURUN

Our company was called in to execute the heavy mechanical equipment erection job using one (1) unit 300 Tons Truck Crane (Liebherr LT1300) as main crane, one (1) unit 160 Tons Truck Crane (KATO NK 1600) as tailing crane, lifting appliances such as lifting spreaders, slings etc. Our scope of service includes preparation and submission of rigging drawings, method of statement and rigging supervisor to supervise the lifting for installation of two (2) units C02 equipment weighting 64 to 75MT, each at Petronas Refinery Plant at Gurun, Kedah.

1. Lifting the CO2 into vertical position.

2. Lifting the CO2 into vertical position.

3. Lowering CO2 onto final foundation.
