PML-PLANT REJUVENATION AT LABUAN
We
provide manpower (rigging supervisor, riggers, crane operators), two (2) units
300 Tons truck cranes (Liebherr LT300), one (1) unit 160 Tons truck crane (Kato
NK1600), Prime Mover c/w 10 lines multi axle trailers (Nicholas) and lifting appliances
such as sling, shackles, spreader bar for the heavy lifting and transportation
of equipment (heaviest unit is 110mt) for Plant Rejuvenation at Petronas Methanol
Labuan.
Our company was called in to execute the heavy transportation,
& lifting of pressure boiler (110mt), reactor and heater for the PML - Plant Rejuvenation
at Labuan. Our scope of service also include mobilisation and demobilisation by
inland transportation, barging of our cranes and equipment to and from Port Klang
to Labuan, rigging supervisor to supervision all the lifting works, preparation
of AutoCAD rigging drawings for all the lifting activities and transportation
of the equipment within the jobsite. Equipment provide for this project are two
(2) units 300 Tons Truck Cranes (Liebherr LT300), one (1) unit 160 Tons truck
crane (Kato NK1600), one (1) unit Prime Mover complete with 12 lines Multi Axle
Trailer and lifting appliances such as lifting slings, shackles, spreader bars.

E109 equipment (110MT) loaded
onto 10 axle lines hydraulic trailer and move in to the erection location
1 unit 300 Tons Truck Crane
was used to lift and install the E109 (110MT) equipment with the assist by another
unit of 300 Tons Truck Crane as tailing crane to lift the equipment upwards to
vertical position over the piperack before placing on to the final foundation.
