On the other hand, in order to serve our customers more efficiently
in the southern region; a new subsidiary, namely Trans Elite Trading (Johor) Sdn
Bhd was promptly established in Johore.
In 1997, being the
holding company to three of its subsidiaries, namely Trans Elite Equipment Rental
Sdn Bhd, Trans Elite Engineering Sdn Bhd and Trans Elite Trading Sdn Bhd the company
had restructured the three subsidiaries to manage its three core activities which
are repair, trading and rental of cranes for heavy lifting, machinery installation
& erection of container cranes.
Our company relentlessly
strived and pursued for upward growth trend which had led to a success in diversification
into Property Investment in 1997, Heavy Transportation in 1998, Timber Logging
in 1999 and IT Development in 2004; managed through its other subsidiaries; Ratna
Mujur Sdn Bhd, Trans Elite Movers Sdn Bhd, Trans Elite Timber Sdn Bhd and Qinovar
Sdn Bhd respectively. In 2001, our subsidiary company, Trans Elite Trading Sdn
Bhd, had successfully secured the coveted role for being the systems provider
for Malaysia from PAT GmbH of Germany for the distribution of PAT load indicator
system for mobile cranes, forklifts, wheel loaders, gantry cranes, container cranes,
etc.
On 15th September 2005, three of our companies, namely, Trans Elite Group Sdn Bhd, Trans Elite Equipment Rental Sdn Bhd and Trans Elite Trading Sdn Bhd had been successfully awarded with the ISO certifications from the SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd and the UKAS Quality Management certification body. It has taken us only seven months for the Quality Standard application from the preliminary round until the final state of completion. We are now one of the few proud companies in providing rental services, trading of cranes and other heavy equipments and machineries in the ASEAN region to be awarded with this excellent and prestigious award.
